Green Chile Beef	Slow cooked shredded top round in a green chile and tomato sauce.
Chilorio Pork	Slow roasted shredded pork in a roasted pepper sauce.
Chorizo Sausage	Spicy pork sausage
Sweet Potato	Mashed with garlic and salt
Tofu of the Day	Whipped tofu with flavor added
Guacamole	Mashed avocado with garlic, salt, lemon and lime juice.

Lily’s Mild Salsa	Mild house made salsa with tomatoes and peppers. This salsa comes automatically with every burrito unless otherwise requested.
Roasted Corn	Roasted corn with onion,garlic and cumin. Replaces Lily’s Mild Salsa or can be added in addition to it.
Salsa of the Day	Fruit salsas that change daily
Yellow Pepper Jalapeno	House made medium spiced sauce, full of flavor, it replaces mild sauce in any burrito or you can request a side.
Sweet Chili	Sweet and Spicy a house fave! We can add to your burrito or you can help yourself to a side at our counter sauce bar.
Frank’s Red Hot Sauce	Classic medium spice hot sauce, you can have us add it to your burrito or help yourself to a side at our counter sauce bar.
Habanero XXX	Bruce’s Homemade Habanero Sauce not for the faint of heart! Beloved by hot sauce connoisseurs. We can add it to your burrito or help yourself to a side at our sauce bar.
Mild Taco Sauce	House made mild taco sauce, comes automatically on Tacos or you can add it to any item. Also available to take as sides at our Sauce Bar
