The one star was not for the food, which was good, but for the Grub Hub driver. Once again I had a driver who refused to bring my food to the door, instead calling to say I can’t find your house. Do your drivers not have GPS? Do the drivers refuse to bring my food to the door because my neighborhood is primarily Black and brown? I have a 3 month old and cannot walk to the street to get my food. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me with Grub Hub. I will not be ordering from this service again.
The food was delivered in excellent time & was delicious. Among the items that was delivered, there was two styrofoam dinner containers. The top styrofoam container was in excellent condition but the bottom one, which had beef and broccoli in it, was some what squished and the front of the bottom part was broken. It held together long enough for me to transfer the food into another serving container. I would order from here again. I’ll just make sure to ask for more caution next time. Thank you very much. I walked to the front and came to find that the food had been left outside of the security window and by this time it was 4:02 pm and the order had been placed at 2:30pm. The food was cold and items were missing. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and quality of food.
The delivery was late, but that was most likely an error on GrubHub’s end. I updated my contact information, and they only had my old contact info available for some reason. The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. Java Noodles is way better.
We love ordering from y’all! Always correct and delicious! If the sauces could be put into their own bag next time, that would be amazing! Otherwise, there is usually sweet and sour sauce on the containers. Thank you!!!
Good food as I have come to expect from China Express. Ordered Beef and Brocolli with Egg Drop soup, Fried Rice and side order of Cream Puffs. Decent all around, what you would expect of a “fast-food” like Chinese restaurant. What you pay however definitely translates to quantity of food.
Order was late, incomplete, and cold. In addition, the delivery driver decided to complain to me about the fact he felt his boss wasn’t paying him properly. Could not be more disappointed. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with Grubhub support, only to get no help.
Order here every Monday. Awesome service. You actually get the quantity of food you pay for, very chill delivery driver. 80% of the time it gets here comfortably early. Recommend the sweet and sour chicken, cant go wrong with it.
out of the 10 times i have ordered food there was a mistake once and it happens we are humans a soup and rice was missing I called and they found my order without having to give excessive details fast and delivered drop off of missing sides fast but besides that out of the 10 times ordering once tthe food was pretty bland tasting and I usially order the same thing
Great food great service though I apologize to the delivery driver since I had my ring tone off and he tried to call for direction. The lot numbering is is kind of confusing here so it is hard to locate any individual lot number. Everything was great in good time thank you
the food was great as usual the driver this time was actually polite and on time and could come through the gate which means he was driving with a legally available license amazing keep that up. please send that driver again
I specifically asked for mustard packets for egg roll, but zero came. We ordered and paid for a Coke (almost $3). It didn’t come. We asked for plasticware for a big order and got 2 spoons and a fork. No napkins. The only positive was the awesomely fast service and super-friendly driver/deliverer. Once there are more options for delivery for this hotel (currently only 4), then no one here will ever order from this restaurant again, unless by mistake.
I cannot even begin to describe how AWESOME the food was. Delicious food. Best Chinese I’ve ever had. Was extremely hot when it was delivered. And RIGHT ON TIME when it was delivered (pre-ordered through GrubHub). You get alot for the price. Like, alot. Overall: great food, timely delivery, and just awesome.
I️ normally don’t write reviews, and most of the things under the control of the restaurant were fine. The food was fine. (Good portions for the price, so that’s nice.) The estimated delivery times by the app and in the email were different, but the food was delivered by the later one because the driver got lost. However, the food was packed very poorly. One of the sauces had completely exploded in the bag I️ was handed, and both soup containers had cracked. The plastic bag was a mess and I️ couldn’t actually eat the sweet and sour sauce because none was left that was actually contained.
