  2. Ordered dessert with my food and unfortunately it wasn’t something that could travel well for delivery. It was terrible. Truly not an item that should be on the delivery menu.

  3. We got two katsus and two misos even though we only ordered one each of these things. On the other hand, my kid was really looking forward to her rice, which was missing entirely.

  4. Consistent quality, delicious flavors, and a wide variety of options both in sushi and hibachi menu sections. I always enjoy dinner with Ichiban

  5. The food was absolutely phenomenal, 5.99 is very high for a delivery fee though. Makes it very hard to order for one person and not break the bank. Overall I enjoyed the food very much but probably wont order again because of the expense for portion size.

  6. I made a order of two things. 1. Steak and chicken plus extra yum yum sauce. 2. Steak and shrimp plus extra yum yum sauce. But the restaurant sent me one steak and chicken and one chicken and shrimp and no extra yum yum sauce! Bad experience!

  7. My order was supposed to get here at 2:05 at the latest. I didn’t receive my order until 2:30. The miso soup was cold, the veggies and rice were cold. I called the restaurant and the told me my order was sent out at 1:30. My food sat in the car for an hour before I got it. Very disappointed. This was my first time using grub hub and I don’t think I’ll use it again.

  8. When we recieved our food the steak and shrimp habachi was COLD. Not just room temp but cold. My fiance ordered the California roll and it only came with 6 pieces. It should have specified on the ordering site so he could have ordered more than 1 roll.

  9. Our order over an hour late. I called the restaurant and they said the order had been ready and waiting for driver. They suggested I contact grubhub. The food was excellent, if only we got it when promised. Grubhub contacted the driver. The driver claimed to me that it was grubhub’s fault. I think the driver didn’t care about prompt Delivery and I hate that I tipped well in advance.

  10. I’m not sure what happened but I got sick after eating. Bag almost broke from things leaking due to some items being packed on their side. Sushi was warm and probably should have been packed separately. I won’t be ordering from here again.

  11. My order was correct but a side of sauce I paid for was missing. It also was 10 minutes late when with ordering in advance. Any other time it wouldn’t be a big deal but I was on a short lunch break, which is why I ordered an hour in advance. The food was great!! Likely to return sometimes outside of lunch.

The steak and chicken spilled in the bag and when I ask the driver what happen all she said is “that’s how it came”. Worst service ever!ce.   13. Ordered sushi deluxe, which I understand is chefs choice…however, to receive crabstick nigri is like a slap in the face from the chef. Considering the other items I ordered (tuna roll and salmon roll) do you think I want imitation crab? Delivery fee is really high also for my food to be 20 minutes late. Wont be ordering again anytime soon

  14. Make “no item” selections so we don’t have to waste our time on putting in directions that the restaurant doesn’t even read. For instance, on a selection, I’d like to uncheck the onion box or have “extra” added. This restaurant always puts onions in my fried rice even if I ask repeatedly in the notes.

  15. My family and I love the food here! Unfortunately they did not package our soups properly so things spilled when obtaining delivery from driver but restaurant manager, driver, and customer service were fantastic and easily remediate the error and hurried our new food to us. Will definitely order again!

  16. Food was good but didn’t take or look like what is served in the restaurant. Veggies were at the bare minimum unlike the restaurant, same with shrimp and scallops. Food was packed poorly and not at all neatly and we ended up losing a soup and the bottom almost fell out of the bag.

  17. We’ve ordered from here a few times and it’s usually an overall good experience. This last time though, the portions we received were almost laughably small. Five slices of the special roll, the ‘side salad’ that came with the bone dry katsu was a plain pile of shredded iceburg and nothing else. Side sauce was missing. Go to Aki for less $$$ and larger portions of high quality food.

  18. Nothing wrong with the restaurant, but my food delivery was delayed at least 3 times. The GrubHub receipt on my food said it was ready for pick-up around 5pm, but it was delayed for over an hour. I didn’t get my food until almost 6:15. Driver said he called me twice. I got zero phone calls.

  19. I love Ichiban and make a point of going a couple times a year. We ordered a delivery and we were missing all of our rice for the order. Unfortunately Grubhub is useless in helping you if you just want your food. I called the restaurant, they apologized and offered all our missing rice, then some extra, and allowed me to stop by the restaurant to get it. I hate having to go out after getting food delivered, but for Ichiban it’s worth it.

  20. I love Ichiban so much. This is one of my favorite restaurants. Usually my orders on doordash ALWAYS have something missing. This was the first time we weren’t missing something in 30+ orders since March. Even if they do mess up, Ichiban is amazing about fixing what’s wrong and making up for it. 10/10

  21. Oh the restaurant was delicious as always and my food was great. However I was offered a ?10 off coupon from y’all and tried to use it, it kept saying “can only be used on first order” I have never ordered from you before so that was my first order
