Smoked Pork Shoulder $15.25 A warm masa cake (Huarache) topped with pintos and slow smoked achiote, vinegar pork, covered in queso fresco and pickled onions.
Carne Asada $21.75 A hand-cut ribeye rubbed with a mixture of ancho chile, garlic, salt, and black pepper, seared in our wood-fired oven. Served with our arbol salsa, guacamole, and fresh hand made corn tortillas.
Braised Chicken $15.25 Chicken rubbed with ancho chile powder then seared in our wood oven before being braised in our smoker with stewed tomatillos and a blend of fresh and dried chiles. Served over black beans and rice.
