You may also order from their menu some side dishes like kimchi pancakes; rice cakes; marinated onions (to be eaten on top of the bibimbap).
But the specialty of this restaurant, and what brings people from all over Louisville, is BBQ – the char-grilled meats that are brought to your table on a sizzling platter. The meats include beef; pork; chicken; lamb; squid. Charim also has a variety of seafood on their menu like clams, shrimp, mussels, and octopus and you may BBQ them as well!
The char-grilling gives the meat a smoky flavor that is really unique and delicious.
You can order from the menu as much or as little of the char-grilled meats as you like and they will put it on your table grill for you to cook to your desired doneness.
