Egg Khima – House Specialty	$9.50	Two eggs served on top of a cooked mixture of seasoned beef, sauteed onions, cayenne pepper, with a side of sour cream.
Steak and Egg Breakfast	$11.50	Eggs any style, NY strip steak, hash brown or grits, toast and jelly.

Egg and Khima Wrap	$5.50	Scrambled eggs mixed with our traditional mixture khima wrapped in a whole wheat pita bread, and served with a side of sour cream

All omelets are prepared with three eggs, and served with your choice of hash brown, or polenta, or sliced tomatoes, toast and jelly. Add to your omelets: green pepper, onions, tomatoes, spinach,or mushrooms $0.75 each cheese or egg whites $1.00 each saus

Seafood Omelet	$12.50	Saute scallions, mushrooms, crab meat, shrimp, creme fraiche and Swiss cheese.
Smoked Salmon Omelet	$11.00	Fresh dill, chopped scallions, and creme fraiche, topped with a touch of parmesan cheese.
Bacon, Cheddar & Chives Omelet	$9.50	A perfect blend of chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, creme fraiche, and chives will make you want more.
Cajun Omelet	$9.50	Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, jalapeno pepper, dijon mustard, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
