Events are highly personal. Remember that passed hors doeuvres require more staff than just stationed platters. Buffets are usually the most economical means for serving a full course meal, and that seated dining is the most labor intensive and expensive way to go. We are highly experienced in all aspects of these events. A good catering company needs to be flexible to customize the party to your criteria. Our services are available on many levels. Your decisions can alter the price greatly. Some of the things to consider are:
