The menu offers a wide variety of food, from appetizers to desserts. You can choose from smoked meats (including brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and sausage), sandwiches, salads, and kids’ meals.
There are also plenty of sides to choose from, such as baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, and Texas Toast. The price for it won`t be so high as expected!
And don’t forget the drinks – there’s a good selection of soft drinks, tea, and coffee, but you can also order beer or wine if you fancy something a bit stronger.

Bill Miller’s pies
Bill Miller`s BBQ is famous for its mouth-watering pies. There are many flavors to choose from such as cherry, apple, peach, and pecan. You can also order cheesecake. These pies are cooked in a brick oven and served with a scoop of ice cream on top.

The prices are pretty reasonable, considering all you get (and the servings are quite generous). A full rack of ribs will cost around $18.50, while a half-rack costs $13. You can also order pulled pork sandwich for less than $6, while smoked sausages price is only $4. Side dishes like coleslaw or potato salad cost between $1 and $3. And kids’ meals go for just under $5. The bill never exceeds $20 per person at Bill Miller’s BBQ Restaurant, so it’s definitely an affordable family dining experience!
