Appetizers

Egg Rolls	Three house made wanton wrapped egg rolls, each with scratch made sauce: Southwest chicken, rueben, shrimp, combo trio.
Lettuce Wraps	Butter lettuce filled with chicken or shrimp, carrots, peanuts, red onion and our sweet thai sauce.
Hummus & Flatbread	House hummus with fresh from the brick oven flatbread.
Wings	Eight generous sized wings served with your choice of sauces: sweet, thai, buffalo or BBQ.
Nachos	House made flour chips, jalapeno bacon, house chees, spicy pico, pickled jalapenos and sour cream. Add chicken or beef.
Bread Sticks	House dough topped with garlic butter spread, house herb mix. Add cheese.
Southwest Quesadillas	Chicken or beef with black beans, corn, cilantro, house blend cheese. Served with pico and sour cream.

Salads

Blue Skye Chop Salad	Bed of greens, roma tomatoes, red onion, bacon, croutons, and blue cheese crumbles tossed in our bleu cheese dressing.
Caesar	Classic caesar with our in house dressing.
Thai Salad	Bed of greens topped with marinated shrimp, carrots, edamame, wonton strips and finished with sweet tai dressing.
Blue Skye Cold Pasta	Penne noodles, red onion and parsley tossed with spicy ranch.

Burgers & More

We use locally sourced certified angus beef. Burgers are served with leaf lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickle spear. Sides include pasta salad or fries. Our fries are all natural with no additives. Substitute a side chop or caesar salad.

Fish & Chips	Two large filets dipped in our ipa beer batter. Served with fries, slaw and house tartar sauce.
Mahi Mahi Tacos	Two six inch flour tortillas filled with grilled mahi-mahi, cilantro, green apple slaw.

Wood Fired Pizza

Each pie starts with the blue skye signature 14 inch neapolitan thin crust and is baked in our wood fired oven. We scratch make each sauce, grind our own beef and sausage and pull free mozzarella daily.
