Huevos Rancheros	two eggs your style, black beans, green chili, pepper jack cheese, Pico de Gallo and sour cream. add carnitas.
Scramble or Omelet	three items of your choice. spinach, feta cheese, American cheese, cheddar cheese, onions, peppers, tomato, ham, Taylor ham, sausage or bacon. served with potato cakes.
Tri-Tip Steak and Eggs	dry rubbed and seared to your liking, eggs your style, potato cakes, black beans and Pico de Gallo.
