Half Chicken	$11.89	We marinate the chicken for 24 hours, then coat it with our seasonings, and then finish it off on the char-grill with or without bbq sauce. It’s better than good.
Grilled Southwest Chicken	$13.98	Fresh bbq chicken breast with jack & cheddar cheese, real chopped bacon with pica de gallo sauce. You’ll like it.
Chicken Fried Chicken	$12.98	Boneless breast of chicken seasoned & lightly breaded, fried and topped with glenn’s peppery white gravy. Try it with our garlic mashed potatoes.

Fresh Grilled Salmon	$13.95 – $15.98	It’s fresh, char-grilled and served with dill sauce or you can have it blackened. Either way, it’s okay with me.

Coconut Shrimp	$14.98	We butterfly the shrimp lightly with seasoned flour, then batter. Then roll in a heap of shredded coconut and fry to a golden brown.
Shrimp Char Grilled On A Skewer	$13.98	Marinated large gulf shrimp skewered and char-grilled. Served over a bed of wild rice.

Rib Eye Steak Aged	$18.98	(14 Oz).This one is aged to perfection, well marbled with lots and lots of good taste and flavor.
Roadside Chopped Steak	$11.98	(14 Oz). Pieces of steak that our steak cutter messed up and cut too small to serve. So we chop it up in our grinder and serve it grilled with our award winning bbq sauce then smother it with onions.
