Ciabatta	This is a flatter loaf that has crispy crust with a light, airy crumb. Excellent for making panini sandwiches.
Francaise	Thicker crust with a lighter crumb. Francaise is an excellent choice for a table or garlic bread. Also great with olive dip.
French Boule	This is great bread hallowed out to make a bread bowl for your favorite dip. Slice the boule to make a yummy sandwich or pull apart pieces to dip into stews or chili.

Pullman & Square Loaves

The pullman loaves are designed as an everyday artisan sandwich bread. Our bakers handle these loaves with the same amount of care and attention as they do our other Artisan loaves. We bake these loaves in the following varieties.

Brioche	Traditional french bread enriched with butter and eggs. Use sliced thick for french toast, ham and swiss, croquet monsieur, croquet madam, bread pudding, or with jam for breakfast.
Country White	Very soft crumb with a crispy crust. This is your traditional white bread. Makes a great sandwich. Also great toasted and served with spreads, dips, soups, and stews.

Baguettes

Our award-winning baguettes are hand crafted and baked to perfection. They are about 20-22 inches long and about 3 inches wide. We specialize in four different flavors.

French Baguette	Light and crispy crust. Crumb is light, slightly sour from levain starter, and full of alveoli (irregular holes). Use for sandwiches, soup, jam, cheese, sauce, and pate.
Garlic Parmesan Baguette	Delicious loaf, made with whole garlic cloves, parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Use for sandwiches, soups, sauces, spreads, and dips.
Multi- Grain Baguette	We took our most popular loaf and made it into a baguette! Very hearty bread, rich in flavor and in presentation! Great served with soups, stews, jams, or spread.
Sesame Seeded Baguette	French baguette loaded with sesame seeds on top! The sesame seeds bring a little more texture and earthy flavor to the baguette.
