Appetizers

Cha-Cha Nachos	Chicken, chorizo or beef fajita. Side of guacamole and jalapenos.
Just Nachos	Cheese nachos and jalapenos (on the side).
Bean & Cheese Nachos	With Jalapenos (on the side).
Cancun Nachos	Half order corn chips topped with diced shrimp ceviche, mainated in lemon juice with onions, tomatoes, avocado and cilantro. Delicious!
Queso Flameado	A mouth watering cheese and chorizo or sliced mushrooms served piping hot, tortillas and a side of borracho beans.
Guacamole	Our famous avocado dip.
Quesadillas	Flour or corn tortillas filled with chihuahua cheese grilled to the melting point, served with guacamole and a side of borracho beans. Mushroom beef or chicken quesadilla.
Shrimp Quesadillas	Savory shrimp pieces melted in chihuahua cheese with pico de gallo sauce on the side. Riquisimo!
Rajas Con Crema	Sliced poblano & onions in creamy cheese sauce and a side of borracho beans.

Enchiladas

Entomatadas	Just like an enchilada, but instead we use ranchero sauce. Smothered with melted yellow cheese, sour cream, rice, beans, beef, chicken or yellow cheese.

Sabana De Res	Large thin spiced flank steak, topped with bean sauce, white cheese. Served with rice and salad.

Guisado De Res	(Mexican beef stew). Beef, sirloin tips, simmered in our delicious sauce. Served with rice and beans.

Camarones O Pescado A La Veracruzana	Eight sauteed shrimp or tilapia fish simmered in tomato sauce with green peppers, onion, olives, copes and spices. Served on a bed of white rice.
Camarones O Pescado A La Diabla	Eight marinated shrimp or tilapia fish in our special chipotle garlic sauce. Served on a bed of rice with salad.
Camarones O Pescado Al Mojo De Ajo	Eight luscious shrimp or tilapia fish marinated in our special garlic sauce. Served on a bed of rice with salad.
Camaron O Pescado Tequila	Succulent shrimp in our deliciously thick tequila sauce, served on a bed of rice.
Trucha Almendrada	Marinated trout sauteed in garlic & almond flakes grilled. Served on a bed of rice with a side of vegetable medley.
