Capellini alla Casa Our signature angel hair pasta with extra virgin olive oil, spinach, fresh lemon, chili flakes, garlic & toasted homemade bread crumbs.
Spaghetti al’ Amatriciana Our housemade spicy tomato sauce with applewood smoked bacon.
Ravioli alla Bolognese Classic meat sauce slow simmered with wine, a touch of cream and a hint of nutmeg with parmesan & ricotta ravioli.
Ravioli with Crisped Sage and Browned Butter Parmesan & ricotta ravioli with crispy sage & browned butter- a seasonal favorite, but so good we can’t take it off the menu.
Risotto della Sera Our risotto special changes nightly: Creamy arborio rice with white wine, a touch of cream, parmesan & whatever the chef feels like that evening.
