Everything about this experience was terrible — order was nearly 30 mins late. One of our meals was completely wrong. Poor quality. Little flavor and the vegetables were slimmy like they had gone bad. Ended up trashing our meals and eating the rice with soy sauce for dinner. Will not order from here again.
Their Malaysian Chicken house special is, like, my platonic ideal of Americanized Chinese food. Some spice, lightly fried dark-meat chicken, some veggies, yum!
We ordered Mongolian Beef, Szechuan Chicken, Pork Fried Rice, Veggie Spring Rolls and Cold Noodles with Spicy Sesame Sauce. The beef was ok but the meat was really tough. The chicken was a little bland. Veggie rolls were good. Pork fired rice was ok. The big disappointment was the noodles. The description says spicy sesame sauce, cucumbers and green onions as well as the noodles. In reality it was spaghetti noodles, tahini, a smear of sriracha and a few small pieces of lettuce. Very disappointing. Overall the meal was just meh, and we won’t be ordering from here again with so many other good options in town.
Food was 3 hours late. Food was cold. Was told my food was on the way and hours later it never showed up. Was no communication that there was any type of backup just 3 calls to Lucky Kitchen questioning when my food would arrive. Terrible experience I probably never order delivery from here again. And will spread the word of my terrible service to everyone at UOFM hospital.
Honestly, legit the best Chinese takeout I’ve ever had. I’m actually crushing the leftovers as I type this. Food was fresh, well cooked, and extremely tasty. I always get a good variety, and literally everything I’ve eaten from here is top notch. Cannot recommend highly enough.
The tsaos sauce was suuuper watery…which soaked the breading of the chicken making it a soggy mess by the time my food got to me…the hot and sour was trash and the veggies in the spring roll are cut way too thick for a spring roll.
The delivery was on time and the order was correct. The Hunan Shrimp was very good, the moo sho pork was good, but the deluxe Lo Mein was just below average. It was bland and was not up to par with lo meins I have gotten from other restaurants. I can not recommend that dish.
The food is good but it took almost 2 HOURS to get my food. I probably won’t be ordering from them again because 2 hours is a ridiculous amount of time to be waiting for your food to come when it’s just a 10 minute drive away.
Had to wait 20 minutes for them to even accept the order. Then food was then over an hour late. Contacted restaurant and said they tried to call me, but never received any calls from them. Not apologetic at all. Jumped through hoops to get food that was absolutely horrible.
Order was wrong. Called to get the rest of my order sent to me. Drivers kept going to the wrong location multiple times. Called the restaurant and didn’t really want to help me other than saying the driver is on his way. Wont order from there again.
Ordered two lunch combo dishes. Great & fast delivery. One dish & soup combo was excellent! The other was bordering crap: mushy rice, ill-looking food. Got stomach bug about 12 hours later. Still recovering. I am sad about this because I thought I discovered a great lunch option. ಠ︵ಠ It’s worth otherwise to give it a try if this was just an unfortunate incident, coincidence or exogenous malfeasance.
My order was a hoir late. Then the driver said the store gave him the wrong address and that I was too far even though it said I was within delivery range. Then he finally used his GPS to find my house. Then honks his horn at 11pm at night. Food was cold.
Fabulous! We had the curry shrimp and the general tso’s as combos and everything arrived extremely early, was burning hot when it got here, and was delicious! The soups that came with (egg drop and hot and sour) were also great. Our go-to for chinese food in the area!

They were amazing! Accidentally forgot my rangoons, but then gave me double when I went back for them! Great customer service and even better food.
