  1. Very authentic chinese food. The green beans are especially delicious. The egg rolls are mediocre but that was my own fault for ordering egg rolls instead of their delicious dumplings. The salt and pepper shrimp comes with heads on, which I personally don’t like, but that’s a preference of mine, and not a flaw in the restaurant. I don’t know if the ma po tofu is fully vegetarian but it does not have noticeable pork in it.

  2. I have to say, the dumplings are the best around, but the meat quality and packaging for delivery leave much to be desired. Food arrived, spillage everywhere, not only a pain in the booty to clean up, but no sauce left on my husband’s meal. When he tried it, the meat tasted old and low grade, he ended up throwing his meal away and eating left over pizza. We will only order dumplings from here and the veggie udon from now on. -Mrs. Weber

  3. Had two orders of crab meat with cheese which was supposed to come with a homemade sweet dipping sauce as advertised on the menu. However did not receive any sweet dipping sauce, only received one envelope/packet of duck sauce so the sweet dipping sauce, that everybody knows compliments the crab meat with cheese so well, was missing from my order or actually both of my orders so not at all pleased that they wouldn’t screw up both orders leaving such a large item lacking.

  4. Problem with the address of tyre hotel I’m staying at in the app. The app changed the name of the street to one about ten minutes away. I called them and they said it is the same place. Then my driver called. Not the same place. I’m from out of town, so I didn’t know. Even tried to add the right address in a second time, thinking I made a mistake… App did it again. Guess I need to order from uber next time

  5. Our ordered arrived and even though I had put names on the items when ordering there were no names on the items. When you have 4 dumplings, it would be nice to know what is what. The boxes were written on, in Chinese. Please don’t assume that all people read Chinese. I called to get help and the woman I spoke with was absolutely no help at all. We won’t be ordering again.

  6. The food is terrible, it all tasted the same. It was packed terribly, the sauce had spilled inside the bag, they had put the smallest container at the bottom and the bigger ones one top, who does that? I live across the street from there and it took 1h to get to me. Anyway, I will never reorder, not worth it.

  7. The food just wasn’t very good. Very little flavor, and no sauce was added on the side besides one little pack of duck sauce. The potstickers had a strange chemical-like taste to them that even I couldn’t eat. The only thing that was pretty good was the crab and cheese wontons. :/

  8. The food was tasty, but according to the driver it was not ready on time. This made the process take an extra 20 minutes beyond the expectation and some of my food was a bit soggy. Additionally a vegetarian item came including meat.

  9. Food was good? But the chicken was extremely tough, and the fried rice was super bland and greasy. I love their milk tea, probably my favoritely done milk tea anywhere. I love the sauce on the chicken so I’m disappointed in it being so tough, almost sharp-feeling!

  10. This place has been a true hit or miss. After a bad delivery experience, we decided to give them another try and they redeemed themselves from the previous mishap where our soup was delivered spilled all over the bag and food. Their soup is great tho and their dumpling are awesome so if you’re feeling adventurous, go for it!

  11. We’ve enjoyed the dumplings at Yee Siang in the past, but perhaps dumplings are better enjoyed straight from the kitchen. The stir fried rice noodles were a big disappointment- 95% greasy noodles, a few shrimp, and no vegetables. Our delivery driver, on the other hand, was friendly, cheerful, and courteous. Couldn’t ask for better.

  12. For a restaurant named for dumplings, the dumplings I got were pretty bad. They were soggy, with a very thick and unappetizing dough. The filling was also unappetizing. The hot and sour soup was not at all hot and fairly sad overall. Only the scallion pancakes were good, but they had no dipping sauce of any kind.

  13. I have yet to find a solid place for chinese food. The dumplings were good, but the orange chicken and rangoons were sub-par. They also didnt provide any sauce. How am I supposed to eat rangoons without sweet and sour sauce?!?!

  14. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this restaurant and both times my bag of food has been covered in sauce. They need to find containers that actually seal tight or something. I probably won’t order again for this reason.

  15. LOVE THIS PLACE. Amazing variety of flavors, super fresh, and I don’t feel like food coma-ing afterwards. Make sure to ask for vinegar and hot oil if you like that with your dumplings, bc I don’t think it’s an option offered, but they have it.

  16. I ordered the Kung Pao and Peanuts with Shrimp. The quantity of the shrimp was smaller than expected. I also ordered Bubble Tea original flavor, which arrived warm instead of cold and the bubbles tasted a bit off.

  17. Best around Ann Arbor IMO. Everything I’ve tried is always do good. No soggy rolls, under cooked veg, or questionable meat. Separation of dumplings upon arrival is highly recommended, they will stick together otherwise.

  18. This place HAD (stress HAD) the best chinese food in Michigan. The dumplings were out of this world. But it would seem they’ve gotten so popular that their quality has dropped WAY off. It’s still good, but not great, the order we placed was not filled correctly, and took WAY too long to get to us. Sadly, I think we’re done with this place.

  19. The hot and sour soup tasted really old.. the crab Rangoon were sour like they were sitting for weeks. The chicken was so hard and chewy with the orange chicken it was pretty crazy. We ended up throwing everything away all we ate was the spring roll and egg roll we got. I wouldn’t suggest the food.

  20. Always love the dumplings here and the scallion pancakes on the appetizer menu are quite tasty as well. Dumplings stick to each other quite a bit from delivery however. If you order cold drink it will be stored with the warm food it seems, making it warm as well.

  21. The pork and cabbage dumplings were just kinda bland, and the sauce didn’t really help at all. Also I couldn’t drink the bubble tea bubbles. They were soft on the outside but hard on the inside. I honestly couldn’t bite through them, no exaggeration. I was suggested this place, and first impression was a let down sadly.
