Delivery guy got turned around trying to find our apartment. Pizza was cold when we got it but not a big deal. Toppings were good but barely any red sauce was on the pizza. I would still eat here again though..maybe just try a different pizza
We ordered at 6:42pm and the food was delivered at 8:05pm when it was promised at 7:30-7:40. The chicken parmigiana was small and looked like it came out of a frozen package. We ordered fettuccine noodles (based on the choices we had to make) but were delivered spaghetti noodles instead. No utensils or napkins were delivered with the order and we are staying in a hotel room. We also ordered a large cheese pizza and we given no grated cheese packets which is pretty standard with pizza delivery.
Preordered. Delivery time was promised as 7:15. Then tracking shows it wasn’t picked up.until after promised delivery time. Time was changed to 7:35-7:45. Now shows as 8:15. We’d have e picked it up for all this waiting and hassle. Hoping it will be edible when and if it finally arrives. We frequent the restaurant, so not sure the issue. It’s always been ready when promised previously.
So I ordered from Niki’s at 7:30. It said they didn’t start preparing it till 7:54. It said my 2 large pizza’s would be delivered by 8:10. Then it was pushed back THREE times with a delivery time of 8:55pm. I called Niki’s and they said it was picked up by grub hub at 8:10!!! So..I approached the driver and told him and he said well…I have other orders to deliver. So that is MESSED UP! shouldn’t they waive the delivery fee or SOMETHING??? I am extremely dissatisfied!!!! Pizza was ice cold!
While I appreciate that they carry a gluten free pizza crust, I was sadly disappointed by the pizza. I ordered a gluten free pizza with mushrooms and onions and there were barely any mushrooms (a few scattered throughout) on it and hardly any tomato sauce. Very underwhelming! California Pizza Kitchen is little pricier but 100% better and certified gluten free.
The driver did not deliver to the correct address. I changed the address on the grubhub website but apparently it did not get through. The driver claimed he texted — he did not. Then he got rude. I’ll get another delivery group to deliver to me. Niki’s is always good but this driver leaves a lot to be desired and needs to learn some manners.
I placed this order to come to my house. Instead the driver delivered it to the previous order’s address. I changed the address when I placed this order. He delivered it to the ER at local hospital. Claims he texted me — he did not. Claims that was the address — your website must not have changed it correctly because I did. He got rude and kept arguing via text. I finally told him I know the owner of Niki’s and would tell them and would complain to GrubHub. Which I am. Not using GrubHub again.
The ordering process was very smooth. I found the pizzas for which I was looking with the ingredients I wanted. The delivery took about the time estimated and the pizza was hot when it arrived. I used Grubhub, which allowed you to track the car. It was a bit startling to be tracking someone. It did allow me to know when the driver got to the front door. The driver was very respectful. It was a very good, contactless delivery experience. I would have preferred a little more sauce on them and the option for some green olives. Overall, it was an enjoyable dinner.
The delivery was great, no complaints there. Food was meh. Flavorless. Ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza but the pepperoni was left off, so it was just a mushroom pizza. The cheesy garlic bread had more flavor than the pizza itself. The chocolate cake was delicious though!
The driver was wonderful and the delivery was on time but the food was wrong and it wasn’t any good. I’m shocked that there are so many five star reviews when this is probably some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The wings were OK but definitely not traditional hot wings. I do not recommend ordering the Sicilian pizza. The one upside to all of this was that GrubHub refunded us very easily for the pizza that was done wrong. I appreciate that which is why I will continue to use Grubhub but will not order from this restaurant and would be good feedback for drivers to check the order before delivering.
