I had the pulled pork grilled cheese, it was amazing! Great portion, so delicious. The strawberry lemonade is so great too, made with real strawberries!
Most of the time they are great. They could give more fries with the orders though. It would also be nice if they made it an option to buy fries as a side.
I love harvest moon. I get food through grub hub all the time. Today’s was missing fries, but it was still good (and lbh i probably can live without fries anyways, right?)
The weekend delivery charge is our only issue. Maybe it’s just the distance but $6.99 plus a tip is quite a lot for us. Otherwise the food is almost always really good.
The food is good when they get your order right. We ordered two entrees that both came with sides and two cups of chili. They forgot one of the entrees and it’s side. It wasn’t a big order, it shouldn’t have been that hard.
It was great! My boyfriend and I both ordered soup (as sides) and they sent us 3 soups, and a lot of bread to go with the soup! The mac and cheese and chicken tenders were great. It even arrived well before I thought they would, I’m definitely ordering from them again!
Restaurant is fine, the estimated delivery time was incredibly misleading and kept changing as time progressed. Had i not contacted customer support, I think we would have waited two hours for food
With one of the meals we ordered there was a side which we picked Ceasar salad what was delivered was ranch. Asked for no pickles on a burger there was pickles, we also upgraded to sweet potato fries which were not there – just the regular fries which I don’t like. The meal with the salad was a pasta sauce which was all over the bag and the other containers. We obviously will not be ordering again.
Everything was hot and delicious. Packaged thoughtfully so that it arrived in tact. Generous portions. My only criticism is regarding the use of styrofoam. I wish they’d switch to a more environmentally friendly packaging.
We ordered two orders of lasagna, got one and a Reuben sandwich with onion rings, not ordered. The lasagna was awful, so sweet it left a taste in my mouth. The salad was wilted iceberg lettuce, even though I ordered salad with Caesar dressing. The garlic toast was soggy. Will not order from this restaurant again!
The order was correct and arrived in a timely, conscientious and courteous manner by the delivery person. The food was tasty and served attractively. The only quibble I have is the skimpy size of the beverage considering the price. The restaurant needs to consider either lowering the price or increasing the volume of the beverage. All in all, an excellent choice by yours truly for lunch.
Placed my order at 5:25 for a 6:00 pickup. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:07 and my food was not done. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to MAKE it. I PREORDERED my food for a reason. Also, there was no sauce on my burgers, and my one meat burger was over cooked. My fries were unseasoned and undercooked. Not satisfied with my experience.
It was a long time to get the order but when it got here the food was amazing burgers were cooked perfectly and even with the long wait time they showed up still warm. Overall I am going to order from them again. I also liked the fries and come on a good burger with bad fries would just be wrong.
The food was good however no sour cream or salsa for quesadilla. No dipping sauce for Southwest Eggrolls. It’s the little things like this that you would expect with the premiums that you are paying that should be included automatically.
Truly disappointed that I ordered meatloaf with gravy on side and it wasnt and my son dont eat gravy so I had to make him something else defeared the whole idea of ordering out. I had 3 dinners and ordered 2 soups 1 coleslaw and only recieved 1 soup. Usually not a problem here but this was disappointing
I have been ordering from Harvest Moon for a long time, sometimes once a week, and always gave five stars. Since the pandemic, every single order (three orders in all) has been terrible. I waited a month before ordering again, hoping things would change. Today I paid $30 for a turkey sandwich with soggy bread and fries that were so dark they looked like they came from the bottom of a dirty fryer. ($7 delivery fee and I tip very well bc drivers are putting their safety at risk so we can have meals delivered) I have called in the past when orders were wrong or spilled but I have always been told there is no manager on duty; sure. One employee actually giggled with another while I explained what was wrong. Today is my last order. I have had it. I don’t know if it’s a problem with staff or management, but things are not the same.
My order was two hours late. Grubhub kept cancelling my order to their driver. The restaurant I ordered from kept calling Grubhub to a get a driver. Finally, two hours later and five calls from the restaurant and one from myself, I received my food. I personally contacted Grubhub and they said all they could do was a 20% discount on my next order. They did send me a text saying they sent me a promo code which I never received. But does not matter, I will NEVER use them again!!!!
In my option the food was not good. The fish was super chewy from the fish and chips. We also got a club sandwich and it tasted like the meat used was old it had a really odd taste. There was no order issues and they included a free chicken soup..the soup wasn’t bad just everything else was not great.
We’ve eaten here in person and ordered a burger from here before and it was pretty good but this order was awful. My omlette was more scrambled eggs, the hash browns were ice cold. My husband’s corned beef hash was so bad we threw it away. It was supposed to come with a biscuit and scrambled eggs but it came with toast and over medium eggs. Definitely not a great breakfast.

The food was amazing!! The delivery driver was terrific! Everything looked and tasted great! Definitely ordering for Harvest Moon again!!
