Don’t order the nachos delivered. They come deconstructed and you’ll have to assemble your nachos on your own. Great employees though. They gave us a refund no hard feelings. Next time I will eat there at restaurant because I hear good things. Just never had nachos come that way before.
Food quality was okay. The nachos were separated into chips and toppings which I thought was very thoughtful and a nice touch. The food was okay. Would have preferred actual cheese and not just what amounted to a few squirts of cheese sauce on the nachos. But the food was not bad. I’d not order again, but hey, always have to try out new places. Others may like it more.
Always delicious, always on time. Packed to stay hot and not spill. No other restaurant is this good this consistently (and they all charge a lot more than Taco King too!).
I’ve ordered here before and it was good but decided on the nachos this time. They were a total joke. Think: gas station nachos. I kid you not it had the pump-style nacho cheese AT A MEXICAN RESTAURANT. Other things are decent just don’t order the nachos.

In the past, the nachos were separated so the ingredients did not make the chips soggy. This time everything was on top of the chips so the chips were really soggy and could not be warmed up (guacamole and sour cream everywhere). The food tasted different too. I am wondering if they got a new cook? New food supplier?
Taco King has been consistently good every single time I’ve had food from there. The prices are great, food is fantastic, and the service is good as well. One true stereotype about being from California is that we’re very critical of Mexican food in other states, but Taco King definitely passes the test with flying colors.
We have had Taco King a few times and it’s always been a reliable delivery. My chorizo – beef burrito was nicely spiced but not too hot. We ordered the nacho supreme for first time and it gets a thumbs down – the nacho sauce MUST be put on the side. The nachos were a soggy mess by the time they got to the house.
This was my first time ordering grub from grub hub and I ordered from your restaurant The taco King the food was amazing the sandwich is delightful the guacamole fresh that chicken taco made to perfection I will be ordering from you all again
I love ordering from Taco King. Today they really impressed me, they delivered my food about 20 minutes after I ordered it on GrubHub. That’s the fastest delivery ever, and of course the food was great. Everything was hot and my order was perfect, amazing quality and service. I always recommend Taco King.
The food was good, but I wish the chicken on the torta had a little bit more flavor. Also the torta was a little dry. The taco is okay, and the churro is the best thing. My delivery driver was kind of creepy though. He kept telling me that he lived only around the corner and was telling me that he could come when he’s done with work to help me get food for a discount. And then called me after he delivered my food is well to clarify if I understood what he was saying and that if I want his assistance I can contact him. That part is disturbing and I probably will be reporting him.
I asked for extra pico salsa for my tacos in the special instructions as it was not listed as an add on option. It wasn’t in the bag. Mango juice came in a slushie cup. It had a clear dome cover with a huge hole in the top. There were several floating particles on the surface of the drink. Rice and tacos tasted good.
Got the 2 Taco Daily Special with a side of rice, and regular nachos. Got everything but the nachos that I PAID for. Gave me cheese dip with no nacho chips. Other than that, food was great and the delivery driver was on time and nice.
The quesadilla and the chimichanga were delicious. Highly recommend the steak and chorizo meats. Steak and chorizo quesadilla is the bomb. We ordered a flan and it was not so good. Desserts are not their strength.
The food was subpar at best and unbelievably overpriced. Had I not looked at the bill, I never would have guessed I paid for extra meat. There was barely any meat at all which makes me wonder what the normal amount is. The rice was soggy and the beans were cold and flavorless. This will definitely never be on our table again.
The order was wrong and orders were separated in completely different to-go boxes. Rice was only halfway cooked and had a nice crunch to it…but I had a whole box of chips and only a tablespoons worth of guacamole to dip them in. Third time ordering from this place and probably the last. I can’t justify getting food wrong not once, but all 3 times and continue to come back ??♂️
I have gotten food from Taco King before and it was really good. Today it was disappointing. We requested mild salsa and were given medium. The chips were stale and the order of chips & guacamole were missing from the order. I was left still wanting Mexican food.
The cheese and mushroom enchilada was excellent as well as the chimichangas. The chicken nachos were good but the chicken is a bit more processed than I like. Got to try the churro and tres leche cake, delicious! If you order the queso and chips, be aware it is that orange stuff from a can.
