Only problem was one container had opened and half the sauce had escaped to the bottom of the bag. This can happen with hot food… next time I’ll ask for no more than 2 hot dishes per bag.
Overall, good Pad Thai, curry noodles, broccoli stir fry, and taro bubble tea. Thai sauce was a little sweet. The dishes we ordered Thai hot, medium, and one mild. All came out about right.
Ordered eggplant stir fry which used to “Ma kher”. It used to be served as rice and minced chicken in a garlic eggplant gravy. Now also it is served the same but the gravy is now pathetic – tasteless and watery.
Excellent Pad Thai. I love smaller tofu cubes like this, so they’re crispier and don’t get soggy. Impressed that spring rolls were packaged to still be crispy.
This was the worst food I’ve ever received from any restaurant. I ordered the vegetable drunken noodle, something that I have ordered a million times from other Thai restaurants, and there were huge globs of unrecognizable substances in it. It also smelled like mildew, plus the soda that I ordered was warm. It was just overall terrible, and I won’t be ordering from them again.
The food tasted incredible even though there was a pretty bad spill. Also they gave me shrimp instead of chicken in my soup and I have a seafood allergy. I gave the soup to my roommate and she said we was incredible but I’m just bummed out I couldn’t enjoy it
Delivery was fast, food still quite hot. The pad Thai had good flavor (I got mild, very nice and really not spicy). Plenty of egg and bean sprouts. Next time, I will get more shrimp — there were only 5-7. Not the best I’ve had, but pretty good.
I requested in writing via the app “no cilantro” and they reinterpreted that to mean “no green onion” (as written on the ticket). But I guess it doesn’t matter anyway if I can’t eat it because they didn’t include a fork or chopsticks when they delivered it to my hotel room. There’s lots of restaurants out there…I’m gonna pass on this one in the future.
Order was very quick for delivery so that was great. However, We ordered Pad Thai and got Pad Ew noodles. We also ordered the tofu with sauce appetizer. Tofu was delicious but it came with no sauce. The food was delicious just not exactly what we ordered.
Driver couldn’t find house, food was cold. Also, food was horrible no veggies paid for extra but was the skimpiest order ever. Called the manager Ben hung up on me. When I asked if they only put one sliver of carrots and 2 slivers of green pepper and onion. That’s supposed to be extra wish I could take a picture on this app. To prove how pathetic it is.
Got alerts that my order would be late twice and then watched the tracker show the driver miss the restaurant and go the wrong way. Chatting w customer service I was told the tracker was delayed. But that doesn’t change the fact that I got my order an hour and ten minutes after the restaurant printed the receipt staples to the bag. Completely unhelpful. Driver was nice and food probably would be good if it wasn’t so old.
My Apple salad was good but a tiny bit of lemon juice, or another citrus juice, would have prevented the apple from browning over as quickly as it did for that order. I thought that the chicken with scallops pad Thai that I ordered at a medium spicy level were too sweet for me.
This was my first time trying these menu items. I am not familiar with Thai food. I enjoyed my food very much and hope to order from here again. The mild spice I chose was perfect..my lips tinged slightly as I ate.The portions were large and each entree allowed for a second taste. The chicken was tasty and tender and the medium spice was what was expected.
We ordered shrimp fried rice. It was decently good, not amazing but fine. The amount of spice was as expected. There was only three shrimp in the entire entree. I don’t want to be a snob, but if I order “shrimp fried rice” I expect more than that. I initially thought it didn’t have any, but I found a few at the bottom. The taste was decently good though. We also got crab rangoons. These are not like the normal crab rangoons you would expect, they’re half-moon shaped. They are not very good. The food also ended up being late. We received it about two hours after we ordered it.
Order was right and delivery was fast but the food was mediocre. Curry and stir fry basil were water thin (soup-like), and pad Thai was pale with little sauce. Panang curry had good flavor but required thickening the sauce at home. Spring rolls were okay but the spring roll dipping sauce was as clear as water and tasted like a simple mixture of only vinegar and sugar. Really hoped for a better Thai food experience in Ann Arbor.
The driver did a good job and was here in time but his car was kind of a piece of junk and he looked like a little bit of a mess. Don’t want to knock on points because I don’t know his situation but it did make me feel a little bit gross about receiving the food. Luckily I know that the place I delivered from has high quality food and the package is where delivered properly
I loved this restaurant the first couple of times I ordered, but they have gone downhill badly since then. Every noodle dish I’ve had the last 3 times has been way over cooked, the noodles are like mush, and there is way too much sauce in everything. So sad that I can’t order from here. anymore 🙁
The first time I ordered I ordered mild pad thai hot and sour soup and a Thai iced tea it came freakishly fast but the pad thai was not resembling pad Thai at all and it was so sweet and so gigantic that I couldn’t even eat it and I asked for silverware they never dropped me off silver this time or last time then this time I ordered hot pad thai and it’s completely inedible it’s so spicy one spoonful is unbearable so I had to throw it all away I called the restaurant they told me to get a refund from GrubHub they didn’t want to even entertain the idea of sending me a new one because I’m still hungry being that I can’t eat the food that was brought to me even though it was brought to me very fast and most likely won’t be ordering from this restaurant again even though I live less than 5 minutes away
Usually the food here is great, but this time around, the spice level was off (got mild when I asked for medium-hot) and the meat tasted …weird. I actually got sick afterwards and am currently unable to eat anything. Thai tea & spring rolls were good.
My food was ready ahead of time. The pad Thai was good, but I had to season it a bit to make it more flavorful, but the portion size was good for 3 meals. The salad wasn’t that great. I wouldn’t get that again. The crispy rolls were good and I loved the Tom Yum Soup.
Wanted to try a new Thai restaurant so we ordered from Thai Spoon. Food was okay but probably won’t order again. There are far better Thai restaurants in the area and for the price. The crispy spring rolls were the most bizarre thing we’ve ever tried. The shrimp dish we tried was chewy and not very flavorful. The beef dish that my roommate got was bland compared to other restaurants with the same dish. The pad Thai was probably the best part of the meal, although it was swimming in liquid, even though some had spilled in the bag. Bottled cherry coke was killer, although we had ordered one cherry and one vanilla. Someone had written on our receipt 2 cherry cokes. Tuptim will remain our go to.
The food was amazing. Pad Thai wasn’t dry and the red vegetable curry was amazing. Overall all a bit with our organization. Would order again!
