Deliverer didn’t bother looking for the apt, their gps took them to the parking lot and they gave up when the building wasn’t 3m from the lot. This made me have to guide to a building visible from the parking lot them which worked about as well as herding cats.
The food is delicious, but when you add on extra things like fries, extra cheese, or extra meat, the price skyrockets. Also, making it “deluxe” (which is just adding guac and sour cream) is two dollars extra! I’d eat there more often if the extras weren’t so expensive
Good food, but this time my order was wrong. I ordered a steak burrito bowl no beans or rice and received it with beans. But most other times the order is correct.
The problem I have is with the amount of time it took. My food was completely cold when it arrived. I contacted customer service and they were going to give me 10 bucks off my next order but I was disconnected and didn’t want to wait in a 100 person queue a second time.
Delicious food but I ordered in advance earlier in the day and still received my food half an hour late. Probably would still order again because the burritos are so good, just don’t order if you’re on a time crunch.
BTB was fine, the manager even called to tell me that grub hub was extremely behind. I will never order from grub hub again. I used them when i have debilitating migraines and can’t cook. One of the store employees came to my house to deliver my food. I ordered at 10:50pm and got my food at 1am. Never will i order delivery.
BTB Burrito is by far the best mexican I’ve had since I’ve moved to Ann Arbor. The costs are fair food is very good. Try any of the Nachos
Not bad but not the greatest. Shredded chicken wasn’t very shredded. Beef chimichanga had pieces of chicken in it.
Whipped up my order so fast I could have ordered and finished eating there before any other place would have the food ready.
I love their food!! Never been disappointed and did I mention that I live their food?!
