  1. I ordered a super burrito with carne asada, the San Diego burrito, and chips con queso through GrubHub yesterday. I was CRAVING some good chips con queso, and they did not disappoint! The chips had the perfect crunch and didn’t taste like they were store-bought. The queso was delicious, and the cheese didn’t get nasty on the drive over. Speaking of, the delivery ETA was set at 60-70 minutes, and my boyfriend and I were surprised and pleased when we heard our doorbell ring 20 minutes after ordering. This could be because the restaurant was relatively new on GrubHub, but either way, the prompt service was appreciated. The only downside to our order was the carne asada in our burritos were too chewy for our taste. I hate fatty parts of any steak, and with every bite of the carne asada that I took, I found myself chewing for another thirty seconds before managing to swallow the meat (that’s what she said?). If you like fat, you’ll enjoy the burrito. Besides that, the burritos are HUGE and worth the buck for the flavors and amount of ingredients given. I’m tempted to give three stars solely because of the carne asada, but because of the good service and the amazing chips con queso, I’ll give it four. Next time, I’ll probably order something with chicken or a breakfast item.

  2. The food looks as good as it taste. Disgusting. I’m Hispanic. I tried the carne asada fries and their street tacos. The meats texture was soggy and unnatural. It tasted like the carne asada meat you get from HEB the premade one with more salt. The fries are just a mess. Their nasty meat on it with a bunch of cheese. Not the kind that stays moist. The kind that hardens. Thinking about it makes me sick. Their salsa had no spice to it. The ONLY good thing was their churro. I’m glad I bought that. Got the nasty taste out of my mouth. Total waist of money. Never again.

  3. I don’t know if it was the driver or the way they packaged the food, but I got my queso order in the bottom of the brown paper bag/not in the container. I contacted GrubHub and they couldn’t have a new one re-delivered, so I called Water Tank and they gave me a new one, but I had to go pick it up myself. I suggested wrapping the queso containers in tin foil next time to the girl and she said she would. 🙂 Otherwise, the food was great and GrubHub gave me a $5 coupon to use on my next order for the inconvenience.

  4. The driver called me and it was hard to understand him since he had an accent but he was clearly upset. He could not find my location and I have delivery instructions where it has my building number & other directions as to how to find the office. When he walked in he was rude and angry & made it a point to show me his phone that the bldg number was not on the address. It is clearly on the delivery instructions and I have never had an issue before. I apologized to him and also text him an apology. I felt bad cause he left upset. I have his phone number if you need it.

  5. Look, i really wanted some food like anyone else. I got my order delayed 4 times and when it finally got here, the deliverer didnt understand me nor did i him. He told me to check the food but you because i did i had to just accept the order cause i now just touched someones food, the deliverer leaves i bite into the burrito and was some kind of mushroom beef stuff. My order was supposed to be a shredded chicken, rice, bean, and cheese. I leaving this review cause either my order was legit wrong or the driver gave the wrong thing. Im not order ling from here for a while, pls as a resuraunt start marking the bags and foil of what the order is pls so you dont lose customers that order from app or online.

  6. Very good. Didn’t dig the San Diego burrito as much with all the french fries; the carne asada in it was very good though. The ground beef Super Burrito was great, but it needed some sour cream to take it to the next level. Was a little bland without it. The grilled chicken nachos had AMAZING flavor, but they were soggy on arrival (as most delivery nachos tend to be). If they could find a chip that rejects moisture better for delivery, this would be a contender for the best plate of nachos in town. Not really a fan of the salsas, but I think the green is the better of the two. Will try it again, and might just go there for some fresh nachos!

  7. I ordered a San Diego burrito and a bottle of water. The burrito was mediocre and not worth the price. The bottle of water was significantly smaller than I expected for the price. I chose the restaurant based on the fact that delivery was expected within 25-30 minutes. Delivery took between 80 and 90 minutes. I don’t envision a scenario where I order from this restaurant again.

  8. So the driver and delivery was great but the food was not. A better description of the burrito would have been good. The burrito was not at all what I expected from the description. The meat was tough and chewy. Couldn’t even get halfway through it. Just threw it out. Lunch fail.

  9. Food would have been great if it had been hot…. GrubHub driver was late, and was talking on his cell phone. Stupid that you have to tip before it’s delivered… At least I got the tip money back, but doesn’t make up for the cold food. The churro was amazing though.

  10. The restaurant got out order wrong, unfortunately. Instead of getting what we ordered for my son, they gave us something he can’t eat, so that was really disappointing. The food, however, was delicious!! We enjoyed all of it, even though it wasn’t exactly what we ordered.

  11. I requested specific condiments for example for this order that I get no salsa and 1 serving of guacamole. My order was loaded with extra salsa. More attention should be payed to the special requests of the order or else what is the point of asking for a customer’s preference. I’ve had to throw away so many condiments and this restaurant in the end is losing money. The food is pretty good but it’s disappointing when these small details are continuously ignored.

  12. I work in a corporate office so many of us order food. My name was not on the bag, nothing signifying where it came from either. On top of that, they put heavy stuff on top of the fries so the box caved in and messed up the fries. I couldn’t eat the avocado as it was too brown which means it wasn’t fresh

  13. I would have left a five star review, but they did not give me any salsa with my meal. everything was as I wanted it, except for that. When I used to go there in person they would always give ample salsa with every order without asking.

  14. Food was great as always, but I was a little disappointed that my horchata was replaced with coca cola without being informed. Next time, I’d like to be given the option to either drop an item from the order if it’s no longer available, or select a replacement personally.

  15. I will be trying to get a refund. The barbacoa taco was soaked. The burrito was disgusting. Only had a few bites. The website didn’t say the queso was actually queso blanco, but tried it and it was good. But by the time I got to the bottom of the container, there was something gross that shouldn’t be in there. No idea what it is. Won’t ever be ordering from this restaurant again.
