Pizza was not properly transported. All cheese and toppings slid off the pizza and were on the cardboard on one side of the box, rather than on the crust. Crust was pretty undercooked. Disappointing because I’d had much better service in the past from Mancino’s.
Food actually came sooner then expected.. food was nice and hot when it arrived.. food was cooked just right but sadly the cheese bread just didn’t taste good enough.. I ordered wings with regular sauce which had no flavor, maybe I should have tried a different flavor and the fries was pretty much the only decent thing that taste good.
Mancino’s routinely delivers well under the estimated time and every staff member I’ve encountered has been super nice and friendly. Their pizza is great but I think their wings especially but them above the other pizza joints in the area- delicioussss
Macino’s on Carpenter continues to disappoint. I usually order all pizzas well done because they are consistently under cooked. This order was the worst yet. Individual pieces of un-melted cheese(which was an excessive amount, like enough for two pizzas) were still visible and sauce was barely warm. Usually I would throw it in the oven for ten minutes to finish cooking, but the pizza was so smashed into the box it had 90 degree angles, plus cheese EVERYWHERE. 90 minute wait time for trash, pizza night ruined. Great ingredients mean nothing with poor preparation. Grinder was decent, but toppings were skimpy.
I love Mancino’s. The calzones are huge for the price — easily enough for two meals. The pepperoni in particular is super tasty. I like their dessert with the apple filling and pie crust, too. It seems to take a long time — we only live a couple blocks away, and delivery is usually 45 minutes to an hour — but it’s worth the wait every time.
The food was fine but being in a hotel, I requested paper plates, napkins, and disposable utensils with my order. They sent paper plates but no napkins, nor disposable utensils. Seems like something obvious to include when delivering to a hotel. Even worse since I specifically requested it.
Whenever I come home to Ann Arbor I go out of my way to get an Italian grinder from Mancino’s. Sadly, this one was a real disappointment. Could count the bits of Italian sausage on my sandwich with one hand…and nearly as few mushrooms, despite paying for extra. Green peppers and onions barely cut up…just sloppy and disappointing. Really hope it was just a one-time fluke.
Delicious. Have lived close by for over two years and never tried it. That was a mistake…the pizza was excellent. I noticed the customer service was outstanding too
You know how every once in a while you order the best pizza you’ve ever had? And then you try to order it again but you forget where you got it from or what you ordered. Order the meat pizza then crossed with extra cheese. You’re welcome
The time estimate online before placing the order was in the range of 35 mintues. After the order was place, it “updated” to say 90+ minutes. I don’t mind a slight change, but that tripled the wait time and I wouldn’t have ordered if that had been the case. Then the food… it arrived wrong and missing the dipping sauce. I called right away and they said they could deliver some in 45-60 minutes. Right, because I want to eat my food cold in an hour? After already waiting forever? No way. So, I had cheese bread with no pizza sauce that I waited 90 minutes for. Not cool. Will never order Mancino’s again.
Mancino’s has a new policy for delivery to leave at the door and not make contact, the driver called before arriving and clearly explained which was great. Upon delivery the driver called to let me know where he had placed my food, then waited in his car to ensure I got it. This was a step above what I expected and so typical of this restaurant when it comes to exceeding expectations. I’ll keep ordering from them for as long as they’re willing to make the food. Try the Tuscan chicken grinder, you won’t regret it!
Order was perfect except they provided the wrong dipping sauce which was no big deal at all. I called to inquire if they would have any other deliveries in the area so they could possibly drop off the correct one, and they promptly sent someone with the correct item! Great service and delicious food!
Pride pizza came without sausage, only got 1 out of 2 ranch sides I paid for, the cheese fries are literally just fries drizzled with nacho cheese, And I had to call the restaurant to check on the status of the order because it was so late. Will not be ordering from again.
Consistency is Key whilst my last order was complete the one before wasn’t and I didn’t receive a credit for my missing item,never the less the pizza is always fantastic, delicious and down right sinful. I have some mild food allergies and food sensitivities so i’m very picky where i order from. Mancinos has never given me a problem. It’s fresh clean and consistent.
I have been to this pizza place quite a few times and I love it!! The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly. My food is ALWAYS ready on time or early. Thank you to the Mancino’s employees!!! You are amazing!
