So my order was placed about an hour before i called the restaurant to see if it was almost out for delivery, and they accidentally didn’t print or overlooked the order somehow. The manager was so sweet and understanding and not only did they prioritize my order, they gave me a free desert for the inconvenience. I know that this place can get pretty busy, so I really wasn’t too worried about the wait time. They had such amazing customer service and I’m honestly very impressed. Love the food here and their staff is fantastic!
The FBI Burger was good as usual but I ordered a thick shake and it was anything but thick. Not only was it completely thawed out runny they also gave me the wrong one. Which is kind of a surprised because I’ve never had a problem with Tower Inn before.
Food was delivered very fast but unfortunately a dish sauce was forgotten. It happens no harm done. I called and without question they sent the sauce back out which arrived in 10 minutes! Even threw in a small dessert for the inconvenience. Great service all the time! Highly recommended!

When my order arrived the driver only arrived with only my bread sticks and drink and had to drive back and return with the pizza. At which point it was cold. I also ordered my pizza with no onion and received onions. Very disappointed with my experience.
I have mixed feelings on Tower Inn. I have ordered the same entree and it was amazing, the next time I ordered it was undercooked and tasted funny. Tower Inn is very hit or miss, but I still give it a try every once in a while.
I’ve ordered from Tower Inn many times, and the last three times the food has been awful. I’m a pretty loyal customer, so if a restaurant has an off day I don’t give it much thought. However, three times in a row of wrong orders, missing items and quite frankly inedible food is just too much for me to overlook.
Order was incorrect when delivered. When I called, was told the receipt prints too small to read. However, they did send a replacement order out right away. As for the food, it was a lot of food, but it wasn’t anything special. Not bad, but not mouthwateringly good either.
By the time we got our food, it was actually cold and soggy, which is frustrating when you pay 20 some dollars for food. We also had to call the restaurant to manually pay and switch our side to fries because grubhub hasn’t updated the page saying that their house chips are back on the menu, so I called and paid more money just to get the fries we wanted because the menu was not updated.
The food was good but the real star was the homemade honey mustard, ranch and tartar sauce. My wife loves this place and we would order this same thing again. The pizza stix are tasty and you get a big portion. The only real critique we had was in the fish and chips it was 2 small pieces of fish but they were tasty and the tartar sauce was great!
While not “out of this world”, everything was definitely pretty good. 🙂 I will say that their milkshakes (I ordered an irish cream shake) was 5 stars for sure. 😉 Don’t let my 4 out of 5 stars reflect badly on Tower Inn, though. I rarely give out 5 stars. That way when I DO give out a 5 star review, you KNOW it’s damn good! 😉
The margherita pizza is delicious and tastes fresh! Does not make you feel like you have eaten a pound of greasy cheese like other places. Their ranch dressing is home made and everyone says it’s the best around!

didn’t specify that we’re vegetarian on the order so I’m not mad but we found a bit of sausage in our pineapple and garlic calzone which also ended up having feta instead of garlic?? it was still yummy just not quite right
I’ve ordered from Tower many times and eaten there many times and this was the first time the order wasn’t quite right. The food was very good although there was a missing topping on my pizza. The delivery was way ahead of schedule so points for that. Everyone is entitled to a glitch once in awhile so this won’t stop me from continuing to be a customer.
I ordered a calzone. When I got there at the time the Order was supposed to be ready thy told me they gave my food to a table. Mistakes happen that’s fine. I get home with my freshly made calzone open it up and I immediately see it’s an undercooked, soggy mess. So disappointing. I figured I could at least eat the filling because at this point I’m starving. It was missing 2 of the fillings I ordered. And the fillings I did have weren’t even cooked. I love tower inn, I had food experiences in the past there, but this was so disappointing. Do better.
I ordered my wise guyz burger medium and it was well done. And it didn’t have the lettuce or tomato on it. I ordered the 6 piece wings with buffalo 2 sauce and bleu cheese dipping sauce and I only got the bleu cheese. Also got the chicken tender dinner with barbecoa sauce and spicy ranch sauce for dipping and only got the spicy ranch. Very disappointed. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
Very good food, but I just got an order yesterday too. And I’m realizing how expensive it is there. I paid the same price for something smaller the day before. The only thing I don’t like is that the sizes haven’t gotten smaller so now the amount of food is not worth what you are paying. Don’t think I’ll be shopping for a while. Good food though.

They put in a small layer of potato chips to absorb some of the oil. This order was about half of what I usually get and contained a large portion of potato chips. I don’t think I got my money’s worth on this order and the calamari isn’t a cheap appetizer. Really this was just a minor problem, I really like their food.
It was two hours late. I ordered at 3:15 and it was delivered at 5:15. They just dropped it off at the front and didn’t even apologize, which I know is not the managements of Tower’e style, as I know them personally and they are lovely people.
I ordered waffle fries as an add on, but I only got flat fried potato chips instead. The App was not updating me about the actual phase of my delivery, so I called to check. Which I don’t fault the restaurant for, I have had good food from there before. However, when the order came and the potato side item was not what I expected, it was a let down.
Before quarantine we had never tried Tower Inn despite living just a few blocks away. We’ve gotten delivery twice and both times have been unbelievably good. Everything comes SUPER fresh and warm, and their service is wonderful. Both times the delivery driver called to let us know the food was delivered to our porch and the order came exactly correct, even with my crazy customizations because I’m low carb and vegetarian. Definitely our new favorite.

I tried doing a preorder, but they sent my meal as if it was an ASAP order. By the time I got to my meal it was cold. Other than that it was delicious. Even cold, my meal was phenomenal. I would definitely order it again. The FBI burger was better than I can describe.

They offer vegan options which is also a bonus. My other reviews were 5 star. My food arrived an hour later than expected, which in of itself was ok. But the bigger issue is that it was cold, and soggy like its been done and ready for awhile. Overall, I love their food and generally have had great experiences. Sometimes things get forgotten and thats life.
Everything was solid! I’m a pizza critic and have had some top notch pizza (Italy, NYC, Det, Chi). With that, Tower inn isn’t the best I’ve had but it’s still very descent. Good ingredients and flavor, maybe a little doughy. The jalapeño poppers on the other hand are fantastic! I recommend tower inn when in a pinch, better than other delivery pizza.
My first time ordering from Tower Inn Cafe and the food was great! I ordered the vegan burger and sweet potato fries. The burger was huge!! And delicious. I had Grubhub deliver and that was not a good idea. They were late with no notice they were going to be later than expected so I called the restaurant as directions from Grubhub tells you to do. I left notes that when my order was delivered that they text me it had been delivered. I can only deduce that the order was so late that they didn’t want me to know when it had been delivered. After checking at my front door many times I finally saw that it was left there about a half hour past time I was told it would be delivered. None of this was the restaurants fault. I will no longer do the auto tip but make them knock on my door to get their tip. This way maybe my food will arrive still warm. If not no tip. Again great food, lousy Grubhub delivery.
