Not always bad but this time we ordered some pork lou mein and there is no noodles and when the food came there was sauce all over. Lastly the soup tasted kinda weird. Like I said usually not bad but this time was not good.
The food was pretty bad, bland and not flavorful at all. It almost tasted like it had been reheated from the previous day. My order was late and when it finally got here the person delivering it tried to get me to sign something when I prepaid with Apple Pay, never been asked to sign something for a prepaid order so I made copies of the receipt and decided not to sign to be safe.
It’s . . . kind of edible. Really surprised since all the reviews were so good, but I ordered orange chicken it came kind of soggy and chewy and tasted more like a general tso with orange peal . . Also Sweet and Sour chicken was way overdone and the batter had no crunch or flavor–sauce watered down. Beef and Broccoli had a weird sponge like texture? And wonton in wonton soup was filled with 5 strips of lettuce and carrot? Egg drop soup no flavor . . just egg. At least the rice was okay ^^;;
Ordered some food that came burnt to a crisp. When i contacted grubhub about this they called the store and they called me, SCREAMING at me. Was my first and last time ordering from this restaurant. if they had just been calm and talked to me i would not have felt a need to write this review but i guess they don’t understand not only how to cook but how to properly provide customer service. Beware!
Driver was on time. Had no problem with him. Very nice. Food? Haha never again. Not sure what was in with my sesame beef. Whatever it was was wrong. Hard maybe beef stops? Taste was not worth the 20+ bucks. Good luck to that restaurant. Never will order from them again.
The food is always top notch, and was definitely ready when I arrived. There were a lot of people behind the counter, which made it feel more hectic, but it was still fast and easy for me! Oh, and since they’re one of the only ones I’ve found with Salt & Pepper Chicken, I can’t stop coming here for that reason alone!
Called Lady was super nice! However, once my food finally came OMG……..Ordered Beef w/ Broccoli & General Tso’s Chicken even paid extra $2 for white meat. Food was cold & disgusting! Couldn’t even take two bites of each entree – after waiting over 1:15 min – truly disappointed- $40 thrown in trash would of been the same result! Seek excellence elsewhere ??
Forgot rice with my order. Called back to have them deliver rice (I live around the corner, less than 5 minute drive) and they argued with me, told me they’d give me something extra on the next order and wouldn’t send a driver to correct their mistake. Frustrating experience
Driver waited for 4minutes for me to come out of work building. He complained like a 2year old child because he waited 4mins for me and he has other deliveries! He walks off and and I say whatever bro. I was disbelief after noticing it was 4mins and he was still sitting in the car.. the laziest delivery driver ever…. texted him to let him know that his service was horrible. He txted back asking me to say it to his face (this guy has to be at least 45). Food was cold too… smh. I guess it got cold after 4mins.??♂️
I hate to write this whole thing but here we are, I have ordered from Super China more times than I definitely should have in the last year and I’m really sad that it’s gone downhill. I keep ordering again hoping it’s just an off period but it’s gotten worse each time. I’ve gotten sick the last two times now and the food arrives either severely overcooked to the point of mush or there’s barely any at all. They’ve been my favorite Chinese place here since I moved to town so I’m really hoping they start to improve again soon!
The restaurant has great food it’s their delivery drivers that aren’t so nice they expect a tip and seem to have a bad attitude when you don’t tip them what they want I don’t trust one of the delivery drivers with my food but overall Super China has great food and good in-house customer service their drivers however do not
I love chinese food and I had their No MSG plates which is what I would prefer. The plate came with white rice. I liked the Chicken Snap pea and Broccoli plate. I ordered combination fried rice that was tasty with it. My healthy plate came with sauce on the side. The crab puffs are cream cheesey. I liked my deliver drivers speed and friendliness. I would like to see more healthier options, no msg… Etc… Will order again.
